Bracken Transportation LLC reserves the right to decline, modify, delay, reroute, or discontinue transportation service when, in the company's reasonable judgment, providing service may create a safety risk for the customer, the driver, company personnel, the vehicle, or the general public.

This may include, but is not limited to, situations involving unsafe pickup or drop-off locations, active crime scenes, civil unrest, threats of violence, hostile or aggressive behavior, unsafe road or property conditions, restricted access areas, emergency response zones, or any location where the driver cannot safely enter, wait, load, unload, or exit.

Bracken Transportation provides professional transportation services. Our transportation professionals are not armed security officers, law enforcement personnel, or personal protection agents. Drivers are not authorized or expected to place themselves or customers in unsafe environments.

When a safety concern exists, Bracken Transportation may attempt to offer a reasonable alternative, such as a safer nearby pickup or drop-off location, a delayed pickup time, coordination with the customer or facility, or cancellation of the trip. Any decision to decline, modify, or discontinue service will be based on safety considerations and will not be made unlawfully or discriminatorily.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and drop-off details and notifying Bracken Transportation of any known safety concerns before the scheduled trip. Failure to disclose known safety risks may result in trip delay, cancellation, or refusal of service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas courts.
