• 24+ hours notice: No cancellation fee
• Less than 24 hours: May be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-show: Full trip charge may apply

Bracken Transportation provides NON-EMERGENCY transportation only. We are not a medical provider and our drivers are not medical professionals.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Disputes shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas courts.

Acceptance of Terms
By using our Service — including submitting a booking, downloading our app, or visiting our website — you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

Booking & Reservations
• Your request is not confirmed until you receive direct confirmation by phone or SMS
• We will contact you within 1 hour during business hours
• You must provide accurate pickup, drop-off, and contact information
• You are responsible for being ready at the scheduled pickup time
Submitting a booking request does not guarantee service. Confirmation is required.

Pricing & Payment
Rates shown are estimates only — final pricing confirmed at booking.
• Payment is due at time of service
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved insurance
• Waiting time beyond 10-minute grace period may be billed additionally
